Leipsic and L-B fight for the title, McComb will still be pretty decent, Arlington will slot in fourth and Van Buren fifth. Sixth through eighth paces will be a dogfight between Cory, Arcadia and Pandora, and I'll go out on a limb and say the Lue beats HN for ninth.

This year's McComb team will be improved from the 2011 team. Arcadia will return to the bottom with HN and Vanlue. Still waiting to see if HN and Vanlue can dress 20.

I think McComb will be in a 3 way battle with L-B and Leipsic

Already? He is going into his Senior season, in recruiting standards this is actually late to show interest. Sophomore and Junior seasons are typically more important in recruiting than Senior.

Any other standout players from around the league? What about Mangas from Leipsic or Linhart from L-B

Guess Leipsic should be disappointed. for their 2011 season. Made it to round 3 in the playoffs and lost to Delphos. How embarrassing!!

Just what I heard:

Leipsic:This is the last year Leipsic will be "good"
McComb wont be as good as they have been, very beatable
Pandora-Gilboa has talent coming up but wont see it for another year or 2 & lost Breece, which is prob a good thing ;)
Arcadia is losing their large amount of seniors and will probably only beat HN and the Lue, maybe a close loss to P-G
L-B: Leavin the conference yet?
Arlington: losing quite a bit, finishes in the middle of the conference with C-R
the LUE: shouldnt you be consolidated yet? <---- ------ARE you even having a team?
HN: <------------------------------------------------------------------------ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The BVC will be down this year. 2 or 3 good teams at the top but not much behind that.

McComb and LB will be the best teams this year. Leipsic lost alot and will not compete for the championship this year IMO. The Vikings will still win 6 or 7 games because the BVC will be soooooo weak.
prediction:
LB
McComb
Leipsic
Arlington
Van Buren
Cory Rawson
Arcadia
Pandora Gilboa
Hardin Northern
Vanlue

I really think you will have a pool of teams at the top and then one at the bottom followed by one in the middle. It also sounds like 5 teams will not even field a JV team. Just another reason to look at expansion.

Top
Arlington
Leipsic
LB
McComb

Middle
Van Buren

Bottom
Arcadia
Cory Rawson
Hardin Northern
Pandora Gilboa
Vanlue

Leipsic will win more than 6-7 IMO. They are 27-1 in the last 3 seasons vs the BVC. This may be Coach K's best team yet. There is a lot more talent there than people think and obviously they have a good coach I expect them to remain on top however I could see them potentially losing to LB or McComb.

Leipsic is losing a very key senior class but also have a good junior class coming up to fill the holes. Liberty-Benton will return with a lot. McComb is returning "Touchdown" Jerry Brown. It will be interesting to see if he puts up 40 Touchdowns this year. They aren't losing many senior starters from last year. Up and coming 200M dash star Brandon Ishmael will be playing wideout for the panthers this year. He has got serious speed from what I saw at VBI.

Leipsic-McComb (whoever wins the match-up takes the league)
Liberty-Benton
Arlington
VB
PG or CR
The Lue (Bold prediction of the year
Arcadia
and H-N assuming they have a team.

H-N will have a team, possible beating the Lue, Arcadia, but after that nothing else, but my 64,000 question is what is the word on V-B this year just keep looking for them to turn the corner and get that signature win, but it has yet to come.

VB only graduated 4 seniors off a young squad. Got a good runningback that is only going to be a sophomore. Got a good staff. Its only a matter of time.
