1. Ottoville - 29% WP. A lot returning from a regional team from last year.

2. Pandora-Gilboa - 26% WP. A team on the rise.

3. Kalida - 21% WP - Possible surprise team of the PCL?

4. Columbus Grove - 12% WP - Good young talent and will get some momentum from Football success

5. Leipsic - 6% WP - young talent on the way.

6. Miller City - 3% - Wildcats always put up a fight.

7. Fort Jennings - 2% WP. - A lot of experience on that sideline.

8. Continental - 1% WP

1. Defiance - 26% WP - depth everywhere

2. St. Marys - 23% WP - led by the huge OSU recruit, they will be tough to beat.

3. Shawnee - 19% WP - 7 returning letterman will help the Indians stay near the top of the WBL.

4. Ottawa-Glandorf - 18% WP - led by another top recuit, howover lost a lot from last year's state runner-up squad.

5. Van Wert - 11% WP - another team with a lot returning.

6. Wapakoneta - 2% WP - good team but really tough conference.

7. Kenton - 1% WP

8. Bath - 0% WP

9. Celina - 0% WP

10. Elida - 0% WP

4. Delphos St. John's - 7% WP - Young and will improve. Watch that freshman.

5. Versailles 7% WP - always dangerous

6. Fort Recovery - 6% WP - 4 key players return. Potential to surprise.

7. Minster - 5% WP

8. Coldwater - 2%

9. Parkway - 0% WP

10. New Knoxville - 0% WP
