Waynesfield-Goshen and the University of Florida's Gray Horn won the decathlon at the North America-Central American-Carribbean U-23 Track and Field Championships held in Miramar, Florida this past weekend.
Horn scored 7,510 points to win and USA Teammate Nick Trubachik of Portland state earned the silver medal scoring 7,497 points.

I have been meaning to get to this thread and finally did. Just want to say great job Mr. Horn!!.. It is really cool seeing local kids from the small schools in our area making a name for themselves in D1 athletics. Congrats Gray!

Silverwings....i'd be interested in knowing what Gray's individual event performances were......also his PR's. Being a former decathalete myself I am appreciative of performance marks and PR's. Also....having worked with Gray on some of his events, i'd love to know his improvement in those areas that were once weaknesses. Thanks in advance.
