BERLIN - Gahanna Lincoln took a 25-16 lead into halftime and outscored Canton McKinley, 20-9 in the fourth quarter on their way to a 52-36 victory at the 10th annual Classic in the Country.

McKinley battled back, outscoring Lincoln in the third quarter, 11-7 and got within two points at 29-27 in the third quarter but could not come all the way back.

Quiera Lampkins led the Golden Lions (13-2) with 18 points while Zenobia Bess scored 13 points and hauled in 10 rebounds.

Marquia Turner, a Xavier recruit topped the Lady Pups (10-3) with 12 points and four steals.

Lincoln outscored McKinley in second-chance points, 15-4.
