Kids will be kids. I am not going to say anything about the kid though, he is just a kid and could very well be a great person so I will not judge him.

Don't worry, if Ohio State loses to a different SEC team while he's in college, he and/or Kentucky will count it as a win.

All in all, I wish the kid good luck!

But as a side note, I would love to have a dollar for every kid that was told this........... "Wells says the UK coaches told him he was their top lineman on their board."

You do realize it is free to post on that site, so it could be a kid saying those comments as well.

That may be the case, but it doesn't make it right.

Buckeye fans cannot fathom someone not caring one ounce about OSU or an individual having no desire to attend there.

Would you feel the same way if a kid said he didn't care about Salem Tech? I don't know what the big deal is here. I have to agree with paperboy on this!

I think it's more about the respect. Ohio State is very obviously a high powered, well respected, and great university. To say you don't care that OSU is interested in you, that's pretty rude.

I guess being honest isn't the way to be anymore. The kid doesn't care, it's not like a life and death thing. So if I say I really don't care if the Bengals or Browns win the Super Bowl this coming year is rude and disrespectful? The only people that would say I was really rude and disrespectful would be Bengals and Browns fans, am I not right? I would think Steeler fans would think I am awesome! Maybe this is a good thing as we all have the right to view things from a different perspective.

Honesty is always the way to go. Maybe he said it in a disrespectful way? Who knows.

I really do agree he could have came off a little different. Just getting some people on here fired up! Salem Tech, just a fictional name to use as an example.
