1) Van Buren
2) Kalida (Tie)
2) Archbold (Tie)
4) Northwood
5) Continental

I know that Kalida beat Archbold last night, but the weekly rankings are based on games played through Wednesday. Some coaches voted before results from Thursday. Any games played on Thursday are reflected in the next week's results.

Someone who should probably start moving into this conversation is LCC. Tied Kalida and beat Continental 2-0. record of 9-2-3. Big game Thursday against St. Mary's.

Can you name me one good team LCC has beaten besides Conti?

Who has Northwood, beaten. And Van Buren hasn't exactly played a Power schedule and they have been ranked number 1 all season.

Fair enough, but Northwood is 12-1 and VB is 11-0-1 while LCC is 8-2-3

Also a LCC draw with Allen East is hardly convincing.

That draw came in sub 50 degree weather, and was called early because of pouring down rain . I am not saying LCC needs to be in your top 5 nor do I care if they are. Simply trying to add some insight into your rankings that havent changed.

Maybe you are right and they haven't beaten any quality teams? But in the two games that they played against your top 5 teams they are 1-0-1 and probably should have beaten Kalida.

scratch everything I said. Got severely OUT COACHED today by St. Marys in what I believe was a 4-0 loss. For a senior heavy team to look as lost and confused as they were this far into their final season was baffling. No structure, no consistency, no desire.

Not sure how you get outcoached in a particular soccer game, but I think the game was a 3-0 loss and that's nothing to hand your head about as Memorial is unbeaten.

On another note, did Van Buren just get beaten 6-0 by Ft. Jennings?

Quite. 6-0 is a beating no matter how you cut it.

Head coached resigned after the loss to St. Mary's. He must have felt the same way after his performance?...

The game was probably at Fort Jennings so Van Buren didn't have the mud pit advantage B) 6 - 0 in a soccer game, they must have been resting players for their playoff run. Kind like the Colts did in Football.
