Sorry but I wont be able to put much input here...I never really watch track and dont know who is involved in it...But I am hoping that I can get to some meets and let you in on Continental track...

Yeah sportsnut, don't u gotta be from a school with track to talk about it? JK but hey congrats on the one hitter tonight.

columbus grove had a track meet on tuesday and they had just got back from basketball turnys.... that didnt bother them that much i guess lolz sad.gif they smoked leipsic

I do know Grove track is very strong and always seem to win no matter what...

yea i just saw a story on channel 44 sports about groves track team, and they have like 5 very good sprinters back and look to be great again this year

Leipsic had a track meet on tuesday against HN and Van Buren Leipsic finish 2nd behind HN and beating VB by 3 points as it was down to the wire
wilson from HN threw 51.6 i think ... for shot UR AN ANIMAL WILSON
but High Jump all you had to do is jump over 5'0 to place highest was 5'4

if form continental and i knwo alot about tarck so if u want to knwo anything just ask me ok

That is a bad high jump height. Probably guys because I dont know if the girls can get that. I saw my school's record was only 5` 2".

ya but at small meets they just throw pplz in that has never done it before
