No Dissent. We were very lazy & allowed a throw-in to travel 30 yds across the MF while I had a forward kind of jog at him instead of closing him down properly. After he collected the ball, with still no one closing him down, he had a go from about 35 that dipped right over my keeper who was on his 6 fully expecting someone to close the guy down. Quality shot. Would've been 2-0 had it not been for my keeper pulling off an acrobatic save from a 6 yd header right before half. All-in-all, they outworked us in the 1st half and were able to hold off our assault in the 2nd half. CHS worked hard all day and we didn't do enough.

We better figure this out cause Bluffton comes to town on Tuesday seemingly hitting all gears.

i have a feeling it will be a battle of the keepers during the bluffton riverdale game.... should be a lot of fun to watch

Thanks for your reply. Any player can, "fall asleep" or get caught, "day dreaming" from time to time. In the bleachers we can mentally play every moment like we are down a goal and in stoppage time at the World Cup, but we don't have the physical fatigue to deal with.

Continental has a knack for getting their big bodies in good position on corners, but so do we (Kalida). In recent years, if they get up by a goal, they usually hold the ball or blast it 100 yards out of bounds when contested. I'm sure we are in for a real "physical" match Friday night.
