Lions are doing pretty good this year. Us long suffering Lions fans can finally watch games with some hope! LOL

not a Lion fan, but definitely enjoy seeing them have some success so far this year. It is great to see a team who has been down for so long start making some noise.......now can we get the recipe and send it Northeast Ohio..

Back on track! I do wish they wouldn't get so far behind early in the game, but the comebacks are exciting.

Loving this season, it's been WAYYYYY too long. I was a little worried yesterday, even threw the word "collapse" around quite a bit. But then the Cardiac Cats showed up in the 2nd half and pulled out another huge comeback in a game they had to win.
It's nice to actually hear ESPN talk about them and not laugh.....even if 3/4 of the talk is about how they play dirty. I say if "dirty" wins games, then have at it.

The Lions were the NFL poster child earlier.......now fans look at them as a bunch of thugs.....Swartz better put the clamps on Suh pretty soon before he completely goes ballistic....as if he hasn't already......this dude is a very dirty football player....glad he caught his balance yesterday after trouncing on the offensive lineman's arm......and this came after he bounced the poor guy's head off the turf.....are you kidding me!!!!!!

Man don't I look like an idiot for my last post now...........
I was a huge Suh fan, and I guess overall I still like the guy...........but enough is enough. It's getting to the point where I don't even want to try defending him anymore..........he(and the rest of the team) just need to grow up. Going to be hard living up to the potential they have when every promising drive and every defensive stop end up nullified because of personal fouls.....and it's about that bad right now.
Honestly watching that whole game, what struck me was that overall we actually played them pretty even, and maybe even good enough to win. But a complete lack of discipline, especially when it mattered most, took away any shot of winning. IF they clean things up, they're a good team. If they don't, it'll be tough to even get to the playoffs......and that includes this season as close as they are.

I have heard several people that have met Suh say that he is a real nice, mild mannered young man. He really changes when he steps on the field. He better get a grip on things before he is out of the league……
