[Rocketman]

We are currently at 425 members...........in the month of January we had 1.4 million hits, yes 1.4 million hits ...........through the 13th of this month we are closing in on 1 million already..............our two biggest days were the last two days according to our stats service............we set a record for online users also earlier this week.............

The word is getting out about the RocketCorner................as you've noticed, threads don't stay on the front page nearly as long anymore...........we've even picked up a few sponsors along the way to help with expenses...........(did I mention I am taking my wife to Cancun Friday? )..........so I pleased with our success so far, but am mostly proud of the quality of the posters, and the comraderie that is being shown.....

Things are going good, and it seems there are more people joining from outside of NW Ohio which is even better.

My honest opinion is.....

keep the corner small...

thats what drug jj down....it got so big.......that you didnt know anything about any of the teams that were being posted about...because there were so many people from all over ohio.... i understand rocketman would want it to increase....just my point of view.....

my favorite memory of jj was back in like 2001 when it was 75% Putnam County sports

Ok, how about 100 members by the end of this month? Probably not seeing how far off we were last month but maybe we'll get some more baseball fans.

We are now at over 600 high quality members with an average of 10 people signing up each day........if we can continue that through the boys state tourney we should stand at around 750 members by the end of March..........not bad for 3 months work...............

I want to thank everyone who's either joined, is thinking about joining, or just the person who visits to read about Ohio high school sports..........you do know that this is a FREE site to join though?..........wouldn't you like to say you were a member of the RocketCorner when it was only 3 months old?.........it's something you could tell your grandchildren one day ........or in the case of you old-timers, it's something you can tell the folks at the nursing home in a few years.......... .......zooooom
