Celina High School
(boys)
Head Coach: Bruce Strine
Nickname: Bulldogs
School Colors: Green and White
League: Western Buckeye League
Division: I
Last years record: 7-0-2 WBL record(champions) overall record 13-3-2

Loss of 3 starting seniors. The other starters were 7 juniors and a freshman. And played 7 other juniors who are going to be upcoming seniors. Only gave up 10 goals the whole season tournament included.

Impact Players: Senior Matt Leugers(keeper) had a 0.55 Goals against Average, Aaron Schmitt a sophomore with explosive speed up in front with sick ball skills. Scored 7 goals with 4 assists his freshman year. Gabe James, (defender) held together one of the most stellar defenses in the league possibly the Northwest areas. Kyle White(midfield) great on the right side, has a rocket for a foot, smart player, with a good sense of vision.

My predictions, too early to tell but it will be a winning season. They may pick up some different teams this year. Ill go out on a limb and say 13-1-2 regular season record. and another wbl title competing with shawnee which i also think will be VERY VERY strong.
Put 'em on the bus!!!!

og will be just as tough if not better than last year...
i like them to take the title this year with shawnee in a close second...
they loose only 3 key players from last year and were preparing for the loss of their goalie all year
the defense may be down a bit but the o should be able to pump out enough goals to outscore almost evryone

no respect for the reigning wbl champs??? im shocked. They do also return all of their starters except Stetler, Skoczyn(midfielders) and Braun(sweeper). Im bummed ha! but i guess thats why they play the games. We'll just have to wait and see next year.

Your breaking my heart Rocketman....look for Celina girls to make a statement this year. Celina ended up in 3rd place last Fall. IF coach gets his platoon in the right positions we'll be pushin for the crown.
