With the post season right around the corner, what are everyone's thoughts as to who will be successful, especially in the Tiffin Regional?
Girls:
Coldwater is obviously demolishing the competition, with their top 5 going 18:00, 18:52, 19:09, 20:05, and 20:22... no one can even touch them it seems. Most teams' top runner goes around their 5th fastest time. (Sarah Kanney, Brittney Atkinson (L-C), and Tammy Berger (defending champ, versailles) will have quite a battle come state. Kanney seems to be favored, as she's beat Berger at least twice, but the fact that she's a freshman and has less racing experience could mean that Berger takes it all once again at State). Liberty Benton and Liberty Center will make all the other teams fight for spot number 4.
As far as individuals, top 3 will be Coldwater's top 2 and Brittney Atkinson (LC). Hannah Chappell-Dick, Delainey Phelps, Jill Kanney, Kelly Haubert, and Jessica Doepker are all going to be VERY close... Many of them have gone back and forth throughout the year. It will just come down to who wants it most.
Boys:
Coldwater should sweep the regional meet, taking the boys title as well. Seneca East and New London are gonna round out the top 3, with Columbus Grove hopefully slipping in to state as well. It'll be close between them and Old Fort, and actually Elmwood as well.
Coldwater, once again, has two standout individuals. Mike Seas is an extremely hard worker and is seeded first at Tiffin, but Jon Wenning isn't far behind. Jason Willman, Jake Graham, and Jonathan Albaugh were very close at the Galion XC festival, all three earning PRs. Plus, Old Fort's Zach Alexander is having a great season!

Any additions?
Thoughts on teams or individuals who have improved this year or look to get some big prs at districts?

Columbus Grove is going to the youngstown Region .. not Tiffin ... Minster should be the 4th team in the Tiffin Region.. and new london is also going to youngstown

Antwerp girls runner qualified as a team for regionals for the first time ever. Ellise Wetli is a pretty good runner but I don't know her time
