What a nice program UF has put together. Head Coach Ron Niekamp and assistant coach Charlie Ernst have really put this team together. UF always has had solid teams under Coach Niekamp but this won could take it all the way.

Oilers 27-0 had a nice write up in todays 3/2/09 Toledo Blade. I'm happy th Blade did this, but I think during the year they could find more room for the Oilers in the Blade, it's always at the end of the season when the Blade and the other Toledo media outlets cover the Oilers.

You just watch if the Oilers go all the way the Blade will act like Findlay is a suburb just like they did when Big Ben signed with the Steelers. It's the same way when local media covering hs sports won't report scores from area schools because they don't cover them but when they make the play-offs it's like that school belongs to them, go figure. The Blade should of covered the Oilers all year but I say that every year!
