Last year Defiance ended Wapakoneta's four year reign as the top team in WBL. Defiance looks to become back to back champs as they finished the dual portion of the season 9-0 with Wapak 8-1. Bath looks third best but will be contested tightly with St. Marys, Elida, and yes a much improved Kenton looking to breaking into the top three.

Projected champs
106 Assaf (Def) with Selvaggio (Elida) the likely finalist
113 Hunter (Elida) with Nedderman (St. M) and Beemer(Wapak) possible finalist
120 Lantow (Def) with Hefner wearing the opposite color band
126 Grunden (Def) with Robenalt (Wapak) the runner up
132 Copeland (Wap) with Chavez (Def) or Hammond (Van Wert) in the finals
138 Rather deep class at least at the league level with Crites (Celina), Barajas (Def), Makin (Elida) Mendoza (Kenton) Hamel (Wap) and Quelhorst (St. Marys) all possible finalist. I don't see much separation but I will take one of the seniors to win it Crites or Barajas with Crites the slight favorite
145 Ambos (wap) with Stonehill (Bath) or Clellan (Def) in the opposite corner. Though Stonehill has been wrestling 152 as late so he could go there where he would a finalist as well
152 Kuhlman (Shawnee) vs see above or Plaugher (Wap)
160 Bowers (Def) vs Cook (Kenton), Beemer (OG) or C Newman (Wap) as finalist
170 H. Newman (Wap) vs Heidtkamp (St. Marys) as the favorites with S. Smith (Kent) there as well
182 Hall (Wap) vs Castle (Kenton) or Shobe (Bath)
195 Knous (St. Marys) vs Gross (Bath) or Rothgery (Kent)
220 Lhamon (Bath) vs Morris (Def) with Young (Shawnee) or Hetmansky/Hines (Kenton) as spoilers
285 Seibert (Def) vs Rudasil (bath) with Hughes (Shawnee) or Gibson possible

I have a hard charging Wapak doing everything they can to earn a share of title, but I think Defiance holds them off. This is solely my opinion that's why they wrestle the matches. Have a safe weekend! (no injuries)

Will the brackets or seeding be posted anywhere?

I read results on limaohio.com, which is the Lima News. They had team results and listed champions, but did not have much more detail than that. Have you checked the WBL website? Any specific result you are looking for?

Checked the WBL site and they had nothing yesterday. They seem to be very slow to post anything. Was hoping to see the round by round results. A lot of the conferences and invitationals post results on Baum's but the WBL not so much!
