Geez........you are horrible and have been all year. You blew 2 of 3 saves this weekend vs the Pirates for GAWD sake!
I know Dusty is not really that good of a manager despite likely winning the division this year despite our closer but holy cow Cordero has sucked all year long from day one! Any MLB putz closer can get 30 saves in a season. Look at his WHIP and BA against he is TURRIBLE! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

You ain't lyin' Gummy, it's un-freakin-believable! He's been allowing runners all year even in the saves he's been getting, but now he's letting tham score too. I'm sure nobody else in that bullpen would have given up three runs to the bottom of the Pirates batting order. I have more confidence in Harang (Lord help me)

We need to call Lou Pinella (No doubt in Florida napping in a Laz-y-Boy), fill him with Geritol, Viagra, and Coffee, and wheel him back up here!

Why did he send Masset out like 4 nights in a row? Now Cordero blowing up doesn't look good. We need help and fast as we are just lucky the Cards have folded so to speak the last 10 or so games. This is why you make a trade at the deadline as unexpected things are always the ones that bite a young, unexperienced team in the butt. I just hope we can hold on so I can take in a playoff game or 2. It will bring back memories of being down there in 1990 cause- u can't touch this. lol

He also had Chapman out three days in a row. He took out Voquez after 7 innings with a 1 hit shut out the other night and his pitch count was 98. He was good for at least another inning.

As a diehard Red's fan I have to say that at least we are still engaged in meaningful baseball games late in the season for the first time in a decade. However, don't be fooled by Dusty Baker. He is not that good of a manager and will be gone after this year. The truth of the matter is, this team cannot beat any other team in the running for the playoffs. We are good enough win the Central Division this year but we do not match up well with any other good teams. Look at the potential pitching matchups we could face. No chance.

I cannot fathom any playoff games with Cordero still our closer. I would rather lose with Chapman as our closer with him getting valuable playoff experience than continue with this guy. Play our young guys and get them playoff experience, we aren't going to win anything other than a three day trip to Philadelphia, San Diego, Colorado or Atlanta or San Francisco which hopefull if we go there, Dusty will stay and not return from the west coast.

Dusty wears wrist bands with his numbers on them while managing. What a tool
