St petes coach ha only been there since 2015 so he has not had time to recruit a deep roster! Don't worry he came from STVSM Akron so he knows what he is doing. A couple more years he will go 9-10 deep!!!

Holgate's limited offense caught up to them. They were up 14-10 early in the 2nd and were still stuck at 14 into the 3rd...which was an offensive outburst of 4-2 in favor of DSJ. Big guy for DSJ limited Holgate's interior options and the refs let them play physical. Good luck to the Jays the rest of the way

I was talking to Holgate fans before the game while waiting in line. They were very interested in asking if DSJ played a zone defense. I let them know we probably played zone two times all year and Man to Man was coming their way. Great effort Jays and bring it again on Friday.

Yes he did come over from STVSM and brought his son with him.....his son is a very good player and I believe 4 of their 5 starters average scoring is in double digits....pretty balanced and if we can control the tempo then I like our chances.....Go Jays!!!!!

I seem to recall that years ago, there was a Peanuts cartoon on the wall in the DSJ gym. Something about Snoopy being liking all birds except he was afraid of Blue Jays. Does anyone know where that cartoon is? I don't think it is on the wall anymore.
