This worked out pretty well for Grove after all. Don't mean to knock Cory, but Andy will have a lot to work with over at Grove and should really shine in that situation.

Coach Shader informed his team this morning during school.......he had asked
very nicely over the weeke mnd if would refrain from making it public.....
We wanted to honor his wishes.......He said he would like to address the team
first and we agreed.......RM

Classy RM. He'll do a good job at CG. Dare we say, another smaller school that's losing kids to soccer and other things.

Common - you are spot on, CR soon to be the next H-N and Vanlue of the BVC when it comes to football and numbers. No doubt next year at CR there will be more boys kicking the little white ball than out for football. You can only bang your head on the wall for so long, then time to move on.

Coach Schafer will do a good job at C-G and continue to carry on the strong football tradition there!

Heard Coach Shafer talked to the football players today. Heard lots of good comments about him. Grove getting him as a coach sounds like a positive thing!!!

Andy spent several years on LB staff before he took the C-R job. He tried to run same offense that LB ran but just simply did not have the athletes. That won't be the problem at Grove that have the athletes

LB didn;t have the athletes to run the same offense once Craft left.

On Cory-Rawson's 2011 Soccer team last year there may have been only one maybe two players that could have seen the football field on Friday night.

Im happy with this hire, I was also happy with the last hire, and the hire previous to the last hire, and I was really happy with the hire before Grove had a hire fetish, and come to think of it, I was really happy with the hire in the 90's...

So to clarify, you were happy with the hiring of Shafer, Miller, and Palte. And you were really happy with the hirings of Cooper and Fell? Lol
