If you at all are interested in boxing, then I would consider going to the show this Friday at the Fairgrounds. They have quite a few talented fighters fighting that night. No big names yet, but the past two times I've went, I've really enjoyed myself. Normally fights are very good and if you're going just to see a KO, you'll have your share. www.powersboxing.com

Yeah, they were quick fights. Good KO's though. Some of the fighters have only fought 2-3 fights in the pro career, so they are still very new to everything. The last two fights were the best fights. Mike Alexander is really someone to watch in the Cruiserweight/Heavyweight division. Great boxer, with great speed. Rumor(and it's only a rumor) is that HBO is really trying to come here and do a live show next March. That would really be something, seeing as no one in the media even mentions this is going on.
