BERLIN - Four different Kettering Fairmont players reached double figures as the Division I, second-ranked Firebirds defeated Wadsworth, 67-47 at the 10th annual Classic in the Country.

Kathryn Westbeld led Fairmont (14-0) with 16 points and 14 rebounds while Danie Shafer and Alona Skipper each tossed in 11 points. Chelsea Welch added 10 points and eight assists.

The Grizzles (13-2) were led by McKenzie O'Brien and Rachel Goddard, who each scored 12 points.

Wadsworth led, 17-13 after one quarter but a big second quarter (19-9) and third quarter (20-10) led Fairmont to the victory.

i actually had posted to you in one of my 'ribbings' post to RM, but, he can get kinda sensitive at times (not even! j/k) & i didn't want to over do it, so i deleted it....
i've restored my original post now and here's a copy of what i had said..... also want to thank you for your continued input here at the RC over the years & especially taking timeout after long days at the CITC to check in with us!

the Flound Mound of Rebound enjoyed himself immensely and while he didn't sit on press row
with all the other dignitaries he most certainly WAS in the building.........there was someone else
who was debating Founder's whereabouts the entire weekend and all I can tell you is that he ate a lot,

Don't worry. I didn't feel slighted! And as for my tastes in music, by the end of Sunday I was begging my brother not to play anything too old school or goofy because I thought I was about to lose my mind
