At 23.2 Salyer will be lucky to place at the district meet, let alone go to the state meet. I like the kid, but last year D-III boys runners had to be under 22.3 to get to the finals in the state meet; he's a strong runner, but I doubt he has the 'raw speed' you need to place much higher than the NWCC conference meet.
The WG boys have been very competitive so far, but they haven't really been tested yet (but did rack-up 195 points in the lack-luster Orange Division of the Versailles Invitational) - we'll see how they fare at the WG invite on April 23 and the Cardinal Relays on May 1.
The WG girls should be strong all the way to state with strong relays (the 4x200 was a regional qualifier last year with all runners returning) and strong field events (Morgan Horn - PV, LJ, HJ; Abbey Gray - LJ; Ivy Horn - HJ, LJ; Brooke Shaw - throws) and sprints (Ivy Horn - 100, 200, 100 H and Abbey Gray 100, 200, 300 H). Each of the girls listed has the potential to place in the state meet ... we'll see what happens over the next 8 weeks ... good luck to the Tigers!

dont hold me to it on colby's time in the 200m. i just know that he stuck with spallinger last year in the 200 and ended up losing by .09 seconds.
