Imagine if Lloyd would have ran that offense all year. Granted, Florida's D is nothing special but still, 500 yards of offense is not all bad. Even though I am a Mike Hart fan, I hated his big mouth yappin' all the time and, since it didn't cost us the game, those fumbles at least kept him quiet.

Anytime a Big 10 team can put it on an SEC team it`s great. Whisky played the Vols tough today too, but came up a few points short. This might make some doubters think about next Monday nights game now.... Maybe......Also I now see that Illinois has been coming to life against the mighty and unbeatable USC. It`s now USC 21-10 with 12 minutes to go in the third. Needless to say the Big 10 has not embarrassed themselves today.
Oh by the way Cougs, today was the first time in my life where I wanted the Wolves to win. ... And probably the last. LOL wedgie.gif

I too hated the fact that I wanted scUM to win....now I just hope OSU can take care of business so this doesn't hurt recruiting.

BTW-do you know what happened the last time scUM won a bowl game? The Ohio State University won the National Championship!

looks like he BIG 10 isn't as bad as everyone thought they were either that or the SEC is overrated Michigan had 4 turnovers and still won 2 of which were on the goal line also wisconsin hung with tennessee who were runners up in the SEC both Tennessee and Florida played LSU very close I have to say I like Ohio State's chances with LSU in the National Title game

Well, after I spoke up about Illinois coming back somebody must have pulled the plug and all hell broke out. Turnover after turnover leads to a USC 35-10 thumping at the end of the 3rd quarter.

I agree Hibbert. I could not stand watching Mike Hart run his mouth all game. It was driving me crazy and I'm not a UM fan so I was glad to see him fumble after all the talk. LOL

Yeah, good ol' Mike Hart finally shutting up. It was pretty ridiculous that he was laughing about his first fumble and kept looking at his hands and laughing and such. I like the one announcers comment...something to the effect of "I guess he is blaming his hands for the fumble" and followed with some sarcastic remark about how he is misplacing blame.

Poor Hart, came back for his Senior season to beat Ohio State and win a National Championship. Didn't get either. Was touted as a likely first round pick last year, now I have heard talk about him dropping out of the first day due to this past season's injuries, concerns about his speed, and now he fumbles twice in a nationally televised game to leave that as his last impression from his days of college football. He's gonna need a good combine to get back to his status for the draft that he would have held last season.

I don't know what you were reading that said Hart was ever considered a 1st rounder? His skills and size don't translate well to the NFL at all. He'll get drafted, but I'd be shocked if he lasted more than a few years in the league.

That's what I remember from last year. Its what I heard on TV a couple times this year that he bypassed the NFL and potentially being a 1st Round pick for the chance to come back and beat Ohio State and play for the National Championship.

That, or maybe just one guy said it on TV once, and all the others followed suit? I don't know.
