Who will lead the Wildcats?

Will it be from within? Brock Dishop,.....

Are there any teaching openings to bring someone from the outside? Brett Meyer (from Botkins)

If not would the candidates be Wayno, Dave Grime (his son graduated but still has a daughter and younger son), Steve Reiser, John Lauf,....

Napoleon's gna want a coach that has experience and with a winning record so Grim is out Wayno is a big possibility but only if they let him run the show 100%

Hiring Wayno and letting him run 100% of the program. That isn't going to happen, ask Tim Badenhop. Grim and Lauf are both out. Steve Reiser doesn't have any varsity head coaching exp. Outside exp. coach would be great.

My vote is for the abolishment of all sports programs at Napoleon High School.

Of course my vote doesn't count. Seriously though, I wasn't aware that the old coach left.

Now with the Athletic Director leaving, will this decision be put on hold? Does that make it more likely they go with Joe Good?

With former BG AD Mike Vannett now the interim AD at Napoleon, any chance Von Graffin gets a look?

I wouldn't be surprised if Paul Wayne does a lot of the defensive coaching, he stressed a hardnosed, in your face, style of man-to-man defense at Holgate.

No he didnt he just held the ball for forever on offense, that was his defense. This was because he always had less athletic teams then others around the area. His defenses were usually 4 guys drop into the paint and play a sagging zone/man kind've D. He is just fundametal , not great, which isn't a bad thing at all.

His man defense was also a match up zone. He would never play zone, but a lot of switching. You are correct , 4 guys in box one on ball. He would take your best player and maybe second best away. Know the opponents plays better than their players. On offense, you had to reverse the ball once before shooting it. His players know where they could shoot from, and only then could they shot. Not a stall, dicipline

Not only Paul Wayne, but Jim Robinson (which it would be easier to post where he hasn't coached at) will be helping out.
