As for your Arcadia comment - I, too, was high on them coming into this year. I really thought they would roll thru the BVC, but they have had some serious early season struggles in losing to Ada (gulp), and then to Leipsic in a close one. All of the sudden, Arcadia AND LB are needing some upsets in the BVC to get back into it. I gotta feeling Arcadia will be just fine in the end, but also cannot ignore McComb who has a nice blend of size and speed...Oh, and did I mention Arlington is currently on a 29 game winning streak???

The streak is over. They were beaten quite handily by Leipsic. Looks like McComb is sitting atop the BVC. A lot of games to go but who would have thought that LB, Arlington and Arcadia would all have a loss already?

I don't remember how many years we have been doing these polls......maybe 11, 12, or 13...I know I am close, but I still enjoy it....I especially enjoy when we have that certain reader who actually thinks our polls 'suck'...so to speak....I always love it when someone is being honest and gets right to the point.........so please, if you do feel this way, do not hesitate to let us know.......it probably won't change anything, but it will certainly aid us to know what we are dealing with ......

In Division I my preseason favorite knocked off my #5 Twinsburg in the finals to avoid a 3-peat......in D2 my pre-season #1 got by #2 Millersburg W. Holmes......D3 Africentric gets slapped around by preseason #3 Anna in the finals and finally in D4, #2 Fort Loramie claims their first ever title by beating #1 Ottoville in overtime.....so, how do you like them apples?......We have been telling everyone for the last 12 years that our way is the best......

Your poll is always well researched. You make an attempt to see the teams and players. The AP writers and broadcasters poll is a joke. They rarely see teams or players. Their votes are base on past success. They are out of touch. Thanks for the hard work and effort. I can't wait for next year.
