Paulding has been extended and invitation to join the Green Meadows Conference filling a vacancy created when Holgate was voted out of the GMC. Paulding has accepted the invitation but of course the School Board still needs to vote on this to make it official, so things could change. The NWC conference will likely look to fill their expected vacancy with a football school. Would they ever consider re-inviting LCC? Maybe Liberty-Benton?

Doubtful on LCC. They tried that once already and don't think the want to revisit that. LB is interesting along with Pandora Gilboa and Leipsic. BVC schools need to be proactive because in 2-3 years at least 3 BVC schools will probably go to 8 man football. (Cory rawson, Vanlue, Arcadia.....maybe North Baltimore?)

Not sure the NWC would have to replace Paulding unless they think trying to schedule 3 non-league football games is going to be an issue. I think if I'm them I consider Perry. Great location with regard to the rest of the league and their sports teams would fit in good competitively. Doubtful that they would consider letting LCC back in, but since Quincy is at LSH, the 'Birds aren't quite the juggernaut (recruiting or otherwise) that they were before. They'd fit in much better now in the NWC than they did before they got banished lol I might also throw in Patrick Henry as a longshot....they would fit much better sizewise in the NWC than the NWOAL though Spencerville and Crestview may balk at the distance.

And in an "I think it would be great, but it will never happen" scenario. How about Bath to the NWC and LCC to the WBL?

3 wont be an issue since that is what NWC has now, but 4 OOC might be tougher. With Lincolnview not having football, only 6 league games between NWC foes

Liberty-Benton would be a good fit, but not counting out Leipsic. Maybe both join?

If it is a step down it would be from the CCC not the SCL for football only.
