Yes, you did. I hope this trend continues. My sources say they have some very good 8th grade players. I hope they get enough to field both V/JV, since there is no more Freshman teams. they have some tough games coming up: Minster, PG, & Miller City. Did you notice they only play 20 games instead of 22 this year?

I watched those 8th graders play last year at the tournament and those boys could play. 2 big boys and some nice guard play to go with them. I heard they are having a limited JV schedule this yeas as they had done in the past. I'm not sure if teams dropped them or they lightened up their schedule because of limited numbers. They are having a great year so far and I'm hoping to see a great game when the Pirates visit the L.W. Heckman.
