With NCAA potentially removing the penalty of sitting out a year for transferring within Division 1 is it safe to assume the OHSAA will do the same and eliminate penalty of sitting out a season of athletics/1/2 season/whatever they deem necessary depending on temperature outside ..... ?

Probably not... HS actually needs to make the rules tougher. HS and College are 2 completely different animals.

And have 19-year-olds playing in high school? I doubt that rule ever goes away.

Is there a story about this, or just speculation? NCAA has graduate and hardship transfers playing without sitting, but I haven't heard of a "free agency" style transfer policy within NCAA D1. Link?
