I heard unfortunate news of a school that's supposedly replacing H-L from someone. I doubt it's true,or atleast hope its not, that a terrible school is joining- I'm thinking it could just be a temporary filler for schedules perhaps just for a particular school. What do you guys know?

Crestline will be a schedule filler for two years. Nonconference games, they are not joining the league.

I doubt the NWC would change they are at a solid spot with 8 similar size teams. Why does the BVC need 12? Why not just completely change and get ride of some of the schools that never compete like the Vanlue, Arcadia’s of the world and form their own 8-10 team league. It would fix a lot of scheduling issues especially for JV purposes. Then teams like PG would have to show up for more than 1 game to win a league title.

Salty? PG was good this year. They had a few key player get Injured before edgerton...they didnt get lucky against mccomb if that's what you're thinking. They held McComb to 1 offensive TD. Unless that was stab at the rest of the conference, then rightly so. Yeah not sure who could actually leave. Cory is my only guess based on size and location but why would the NWC want them?

Yeah good add with Crestline. Everybody could have just scheduled Arcadia, cory, or the Lue again. Away games would blow

It's not Cory. Realistically the only 2 schools that could potentially go to the NWC would be Leipsic with Patrick Henry. Or Parkway and Wayne Trace. If the NWC expands you would need 2 football schools.

They need to switch Wayne Trace and Paulding in the NWC, and then let Paulding join the BVC. Put LB in the NWC, they would fir there great, plus they would have more competition in that league. What do you think? Leipsic is too small to join the NWC

Do you realize that Paulding is about 1 hour or more away from the closest school in the BVC? Paulding is fine where they are at.

Yeah I dont think the BVC should add another turd, especially one so far. Most of the NWC schools close to the BVC were in interest of joining the BVC unfortunately LCC left and so did any interest in leaving the NWC. The conference shouldnt add anyone and go back to playing everybody and stop awarding conference division championships-the divisions never seem to split all that evenly too.

BVC only awarded "Divisional Championships" one year, there has only been one conference champion for the past 4 years. I agree though make more sense to reduce a school, than it does to add another bad one

How many more years does Vanlue have with a football team or maybe even a school? I heard 10 in kindergarten class and numbers in lower grades are very low too. Sounds like the last couple years before Bettsville closed. Will Vanlue try and merge with someone or just let state figure it out when time comes?
