You bring up a very good point about FJ and Ottoville’s players experience....I don’t think any have experienced the Elida Field House experience at the district level.....it can be intimidating and that is why I included the coaching factor.....after the draw things will be easier to figure out!!!!!

Ya but a young and inexperienced coach can do just as good if not better than one that’s been around. The pressure can be intimidating for anyone. Experienced or no experienced players.

At this point if Wayne Trace beats Hicksville on Friday then the winner of the Wayne Trace - Crestview games gets the #1 seed, and the loser #2 with Jennings 3 and Ottoville 4. If St Johns beats Marion Local next Friday they would have an argument for the 3 or 4 seed. Will be interesting to see how the coaches vote...no other MAC schools to help the 'Jays so I doubt they crack the Top 4

If the vote was today, you're right they get the 1......but if Wayne Trace beats Hicksville on Friday and then beats the Knights on Saturday at Crestview the Raiders will be the 1 seed

No way WT beats Crestview in Convoy. I don’t think they’d beat them in Haviland. Knights are just too deep and make smart plays. Also worth noting, Hicksville lost arguably their best player to a badly sprained ankle Friday.....a kid who averages 16 points and 8 rebounds per game. I look for WT to beat Hicksville.

Lol....ok, I get it...you think Crestview is really good...and I agree....but I'm betting Wayne Trace isn't willing to just take your word for it and stay home Saturday night Knights win, they get the 1 seed....simple as that

The seeds will already be determined before this weekends games, coaches will know there teams seed by Friday afternoon.

I thought they had until late Saturday night to turn in their votes online. If votes are due Friday then it's likely Crestview 1 and Wayne Trace 2....not that it matters....if things go as seeded they'll meet in the district final either way. The question will be which of the next 5, Jennings, Ottoville, Hicksville, St Johns and Lincolnview decide to go to VW (likely with the Knights) or Paulding with Wayne Trace. Gotta think the Paulding half if gonna be loaded with everyone trying to stay away from Crestview

DSJ rarely gets a top seed....no one respects the Jays!!!!!

The only thing that’s obvious is your lack of any solid input to this site. I’ve been reading from afar and you consistently post jabs at people and offer little insight to anything related to HS basketball.

Every poster is somewhat biased. And for the love of god I’m from María Stein and Marion Local. Have some family in convoy and I will tell you this. Crestview is better than St Henry and Marion.
I rose to my posting fame due to MAC volleyball through JJ huddle and other online sites.

So you’re off base with calling me a homer.
