Over 3/4 of the way through the season and still undefeated!

Jami Bellamy from bath is still undefeated!

She is undefeated in both the 100 m girl’s hurdles and also the 300 m girl’s hurdles.

Her best times listed below!

Jami Bellamy 100M Hurdles 0:15.20

Jami Bellamy 300M Hurdles 0:45.70

These times should get her to state.

In one track meet this year they lined up the 300 m hurdles and ran the boys and girls together, she beat all boys except one and she beat all the girls!!!

Ok, I dont think I need to start a new thread, but Amanda Barlage from Versailles is undefeated and I believe tied the state record for pole vault this year.

Eryn Langenkamp of Celina defeated Bellamy from Bath in the 300 IH prelims at WBL championships. But Bellamy redeemed herself in the finals! Good luck in the state run Div II for Bellamy!

I never was a big fan of different heats to beat other times in a track meet.
Head to head competition is where it needs to be. When your winning your race and no one is in front of you, you tend to back off some, when you have some one in front of you in your race you know you have to beat them for the win. It’s a lot easier to beat a person then a clock where you don’t have any idea where it’s at. The wind and rain can also make a big difference in different heats. When your matched up in the same heat all the conditions are the same.
Jami Bellamy won her heat easily in the prelims
And so did Eryn Langenkamp of Celina but Erin had a little better time.

In the finals of the WBL championship Jami knew where she had to be a got the job done.

it was 11*8 then Jenna broke it then it was 11*9 then she broke it again amd it was 12*1 and she broke it again at districts so it's now 12*2

If you haven't heard of hoodia yet, you soon will because it is being touted as the new miracle supplement for safe, effective weight loss.
Hoodia gordonii, (Hoodia) is the botanical name for a cactus like plant that grows in Southern Africa. Scientists have recently isolated several compounds in this amazing plant that are responsible for dramatic weight loss...
