with apologies to Wade Phillips, has anyone done less with more than Norv Turner? This guy is awful and his teams play tight and can't win in the playoffs.

I know some will say Eric Mangini, Tom cable, etc. but the browns, raiders, lions, Buccaneers have no talent. SD does every year and every year they lose in the playoffs, at home none the less.

I thought this was a terrible hiring in the first place. But then again I have to question the guys upstairs. They fired a guy after what a 13-3 season or something like that because supposely he couldnt win in the playoffs. To answer the question, YES! Wade Phillips a close second.

Turner is suited to be an offensive coordinator, has done a decent job at that in the past. That being said as a head coach he is absolutely terrible in game management situations.
