I have it all figured out when and where Barry will hit his record breaking dinger. He`hit do it in Milwaukee on Saturday July 21st. You see, I`ll be there that day and I just have this feeling that I`m going to be the lucky guy that Barry hits it to. Something in my stomach just tells me that that day will be my time to shine. Kinda scares me to think about the fact that Barry might hit a screaming liner right at my pretty face. Oh well, I`m game and I`ll try my best to hold on to that million dollar ball. Seriously, I have been having dreams about catching that ball that would instantly cause me to retire......................... But then reality wakes me up. I can see that smash coming towards me like I`ve seen some come at me in my younger days. But catching it might not be so easy because by that time carpal tunnel surgery will have just been completed on my hands. Just my luck, a big pay off right before my eyes and I won`t be able to hold on.


Okay, back to the real question, if you got your hands on that expensive ball what would you do with it?

Throw it back

Give it to Barry... LOL

Put it on ebay

Or run for your life

Good luck with the record ball being hit the day you're at the game diddi.... Even if you didn't catch it, what a story to even say you seen it first hand & imagine the atmoshpere!! Fantastic!!

I think I would first offer to sell it to Barry because it would probably mean more to him than the people that are actually offering a pile of cash for the ball. Tell him to give me $1mill and donate another $1mill to various charities of my choice.

Of course, one of those charities would end up being something like "Americans Against Steroid Abuse", which would be one helluva agreement to get him into and then have him give cash to that. Just have to find an organization like that which actually exists.

If I caught his 755th or 756th.... I would cut it in half, rub steroid cream on it and send it to Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum.

I would have to give it back as well. Its notlike you wouldn't get anything in return for giving him the ball. Even though you wouldn't have the record breaking ball you would end up with a lot of other memorabilia that others could never have. Especially because its Barry Bonds. But lets face it, its going to be a record for about 10 years until A-Rod takes it. (Just wishful thinking so that maybe the a non-steroid guy gets it)

i was torn with this question and what to do.
I though maybe keep it awhile, let the value go up, but what if barry is fthen found to do steriods, then the value plummets. and arod might beat his record so then the ball would be worth nothing.
there is no way i would give it to barry,hes a cheater and everyone knows it.
So, if i caught it i would leave the game and then sell it as quick as possible on ebay.

I think you are kidding yourself if you think A-Rod is a non steroid guy. I believe it is all throughout baseball and there are very few that do not use some sort of performing ehnancers. A-rod does not fall into that very few.

My Opinion ; you can disagree if you choose.

i would find out how much barry would buy it off of me for and then add 25% of that to the total and make him give it to a charity....then give him the ball....and i say if anyone catches that ball they should invite us all to actually come and see it so we could touch it and all....a story to tell the grandkids

If I were lucky enough to catch the record breaking shot. I would have Barry And I present the ball to the Hall of Fame. The ball belongs there, by what ever means it got hit. It broke the record. If Barry is found not guilty of charges, It got to Cooperstown with no charge being paid.
