How did Ayersville (1st seed) and Hilltop (2nd seed) get in the same bracket at the D4 Napoleon District? I thought those two seeds had to be in the opposite brackets.

I think they made it optional this year. I don't think its a move I would make.

Yes. #2 seeds can choose to play in the #1 seeds's bracket now.

Apparently, Hilltop did not want to play Holgate for some reason...

I saw Hilltop struggled to get past Antwerp last night. Can anyone give some insight towards what kind of team Hilltop is? I tend to believe that they are a not as strong as their record indicates.

Nobody from the BBC ever tends to be that great....maybe good, but not great.

Hilltop is probably equivalent to last year's Fayette team that made the regional semi- finals. good record, but nowhere near great talent.

I think it's been 41 years since a boys BBC team made it to Columbus.....'76 Pettisville?

I am guessing Hilltop would be ok with a district title this year too. I can't remember the last time Hilltop made a regional, but they are in the conversation. It is fun seeing some different teams rise to the top.
