Has anyone heard what is going on at Pandora Gilboa? Have they selected candidates to interview and what is the timeline to fill the opening?

I know of a two people that applied for this job....a local D coordinator who knows nothing about football (seems like a good fit for PG)...and according to my sources the leading candidate is Arlington coaching legend Mr. Doug Oates himself

Oates would be a great hire for PG. He has helped build the arlington tradition to what it is today. his son is a great athlete as well. I wonder if his son will come with him in addition to a stellar 8th grade class. Oates will have PG back on top in the BVC.

I believe Oates lead them farther in the playoffs than any other coach so I would say he did a pretty good job

Yeah buddy, don't forget P-G has the dream team coming up out of the 8th grade class. Midget Super Bowl champs and undefeated jr. high, the parents of that class already talking about state champs, anything less may get the new coach tar and feathered. Good luck with that one.

Talked to the PG AD and he confirmed Oates has been contacted to be interviewed for the position.
