Congrats to Crestview on a huge road win tonight at Spencerville 51-44.

Crestview's standout, senior PG finally was able to return tonight after a 2 month hiatus and it looked like a more composed, controlled team. Crestview lead early and never looked back.

Spencerville goes to a respectable 13-3.
Crestview now at 14-5

OK, let's try to get this thread on ta more productive direction. How do people think the seeds for the Elida district shake out? It is a 13 team district, so the top 3 seeds can take the bye.

1 Lincolnview
2/3 Leipsic 12-4/ Crestview 13-5
4 Kalida 10-8
5 Miller city 10-7
6 Col. Grove 9-9
7 DSJ
8 Antwerp
9 Continental
10 Pandora Gilboa
11 Ft. Jennings
12 Ottoville
13 Cory Rawson

Lincolnview in a romp... PCL is down this year. Even though LCC handed it to them, Lancers are a very good team. They have excellent balance and that's a problem for the rest of the field..
I am a Spartan, as was my father before me.

Wo wo wo wo wo. Being from Continental I want to make a comment here about Spartan saying the PCL is down. I want you, Spartan, to know that I totally agree with you. Last night at the Cove the only thing I really enjoyed about the PCL game was listening to the Big Green fans blaming the officials for the loss. You should have heard them. Their fans were actually yelling at the officials because they got a T for having 6 players on the court playing at the same time. They sounded like the officials should have just ignored it. As one person posted on this site in December, "It's a reflection of their community."

Lincolnview rolls easily.... but but but.....you never know. There is a team on the west side of VW Co that battled LCC better than Lincolnview.....and played without a full team.

If you want to use the transitive property of mathematics........Miller City beat Crestview by 8 in Convoy while Lincolnview won at MC by 20. It is a game of matchups, and as we know different teams, different nights....and that is the beauty of tournament......one bad night, one bad half or quarter can do a team in.
