I general I think all coaches leave some kids in to long. They want a player to get recognition so they leave them in longer to pad their stats. It is not like the old days where the best player was the first one subbed out. They now stay in to get x number of points a game or set the schools record for most points in a career. Sometimes winning is not enough for some coaches.

Mysteryman2014's statements were somewhat prophetic. It has been well past 3 years and Coach Frank Kill is still at LCC. OG beat LCC last season 92-53 and put it to the T- birds tonight 76-41. This "rivalry" is beginning to resemble Ohio St.- Michigan the past 2 seasons.
