I would love to hear about the actions of the Lincolnview adult. If some/we can be critical of a kid, then bring on the adult. They should be held to even a higher standard.

Girl punches two people in two separate games n plays. Wow dsj. Oh. This is bad for dsj. I would be concerned be on the court with this sucker punching player. wow if she is involved n physical play I would question why did my did my school let her compete. Let the dsj let us know why. The ohssa wAs aware of this so lets see where we go. Good luck parkway n Crestview may u not get punched n win. Girl should b suspended n off the team

To a point yes, but also adults have acted up many times during or after a game. So it comes to no surprise here. But for a teenage girl to literally punch the opposing girl during a game more than once and still be on the team is the more relevant issue here. I know of people that have said they seen a tape with her doing this point blank (fist to face). In the end, if the coach doesn't want her off the team then that is their choice. It may not be the best choice but it is theirs. I have not seen what happened so I won't go into much detail but if this is all true, then she is a lucky girl to still be on the team.

So you're saying the Lincolnview girl just "shoved" her??? I saw the video....It was a full swinging punch...to the head....just as the DSJ girl had done to start the incident. They both deserve a much harsher punishment than either of them got.

Is there a way I can see this video? This is the first time I heard the Lincolnview girl punching back. Many have told me she just shoved her away after she got punched. I guess everyone will have their own personal view on this lmao.

After the DSJ girl punched her, she (DSJ girl) kind of started to walk away. The L'view girl took at least 2 or 3 steps to catch up to her and punched her from behind to the side of the head. Maybe it was with an open hand, but it definely was a swing and a blow to the head....not a shove. Don't get me wrong...if someone punches me, I'm probably punching back too...but she did it on a basketball court...so she deserves more than 2 games.

Ya I'm not saying you are wrong or anything, but I have heard too many different views on this. I would like to see the tape of the Lincolnview vs DSJ game just to see it for myself lol. I know of people that have seen the tape of the DSJ vs New Knoxville game.

In my opinion if the Lincolnview girl did punch her back and that was the only time she has done that this year, a 2 game suspension is probably the right punishment maybe 3 games? But this DSJ girl from what people are saying has been known for this for 3 games? She should be off the team. But that's just my opinion, but in respect to flounder I am going shut down on this topic.

The copy of the Knoxville game I have originated from the school itself. I suspect Knoxville DID have an issue with it especially when it came to light that the girl was a repeat offender. Most schools in the MAC do a great job of policing their self. This is a case where eyebrows were raised that a MAC school did not do the right thing.

From What I saw, your posts were very spot on....you described it pretty much as it went down......and from what I hear, the L'view girl put on quite a show outside the locker room along with the grandfather...so please people...let's put this issue to rest...it really doesn't warrant all the attention it is receiving....the irony of the whole situation is that there are a few that have really put down DSJ because of this incident even though punishment was handed out....whether it was harsh enough I cannot say......but what about the display after the game by the opposing L'view player and the grandfather who came close to assaulting the AD......I would hope that me son or daughter would never throw a punch at another player.....but what is worse than that is the retaliation which I would never want my son to be a part of....after all, retaliation is what made this event turn into the circus it has become......case in point would be the NK incident....I have so much more respect for the NK girl for taking it in stride and blowing it off......more respect for her than the DSJ girl who initiated it!!!!!!!!!
