Both games closer than would expect but Ottoville vs Kalida in finals with Ottoville winning by 15+

I hope Ottoville does not overlook the Blue Jays, they have a good team.

The Jays are a year away from making some noise. Anyone know if Kalida is battling some injuries? Heard that from my neighbor but he is 50/50 on reliability.

I have been hearing that this could be Ottoville's last run at state for awhile.....heard the talent is dwindling and future years aren't looking as bright......also, could this be Kleman's last year.....heard all this in recent weeks, but you know how everybody talks....where is Mysterio when you need him......the winner of this district has a great chance at state, but I just don't see them winning it........state winner will be either Minster or Fort Loramie!!!!!!

I have not heard a thing about it yet. Dave K. and/or future talent. They got 8- 10 graders, 1 frosh, & 1 junior coming back, plus a few more sisters in 7th-8th coming up. WE shall see. Thanks for your input Flounder, always pretty accurate. I would think, maybe he might want to get 600 wins, but nothing relayed to me about it. I am sure your are right about Minster and Fort Loramie. I hope they beat Kalida..

Ya even if they do get to state, it would be by far the toughest task they ever had. Already lost by double digits to Minster and I think Fort Loramie is the best team in the state and see them winning it. But assuming they dont fall flat on their faces vs DSJ, they should handle Kalida in their rematch. But I look for the Arlington game to be a tight one. They may not even get past that one. But who knows. Either way Minster and Fort Loramie are by far the 2 best teams in D4.

As far as what the future holds for the Lady Green, they do have some talent coming up. I think they should be competitive. Not sure exactly how far that will carry but just depends on them and what everyone else has.
No object is mysterious. The mystery is your eye.

Kalida, Wayne Trace, St John’s and Crestview will all be good again next year! So Ottoville will have challenges ahead

I heard the rumor of poeple around Ottoville wondering if it is possibly kleman's last season back in early January, and have been waiting to hear if anything was going to come from it.

That is assuming Arlington gets past Bluffton and probably Columbus Grove in a district final at Ottawa, Grove beat Arlington in the regular season.

Looks like I'm the only one who picked the winners so far. Let's hope I go 3-0 with my district picks.
