hummm is it jsut me or am i just reading the same thing over and over and over and over.... miler city lost hermiller? he was a good player. will it be hard to fill in his shoes? YES haha jus to clear it up ? miller city has a great defence and a perty good offence both are experianced. the midfield has one for sure senior playing in the middle with a sophmore who dropped back from playing foreward last season and all mc needs is two outside midfielders who can cross the ball to the forewards i can about say that is all they need. and for the whole scedualling thing? haha its bascially up to the A.D's? they lost kenton last year to a miscommunication i dunno if thats saying anything

pking

you are right, everyone worried about hermiller -- he is a very good player but so are some of the players that are taking his place !! midfield has ellerbrock and klear that are very good -- but the coach has I think his name is zach? @ midfield ?????? what is he thinking ? huerman and the other konst kid would be very much better!!!

^^^you're right with the midfield summary buckeyefan...klear and ellerbrock are good but the two other midfield spots need to be filled. Huerman and konst will do pretty good filling in those positions I think. The Zach kid, is zach niese and no matter what he does wrong, or right (seldom) he always seems to play...

Scores of the New Knoxville Game:

Varsity

New Knoxville - 2
MC - 1 --- Goal by Giblin (4th man for MC's offense)

JV

New knoxville - 5
MC - 2 --- Goals by A. Konst and Giblin

The varsity game was somewhat arguable. It should have been a tie. 30 seconds to go Klear put in a goal when 12 players were in the goal box at once. The referee called offsides even though two New Knoxville players were standing on the end line in the goal to stop a ball from going in. The final score of the varisty truly should have been 2-2

UNLUCKY...

Both losses but then again I don't think MC played to their full potential in the game. It was a crumby day, but all the b;lame cannot be placed on that. MC just didn't play as well as they could have.

Correct me if I am wrong but the goal that wasn't counted with about 30 seconds to go was Doster not Klear.

It was kinda of an ugly game, a couple of questionable calls especially the last off side. Oh well thats how the game is played. I am pretty sure it was the Doster kid

August 28th game Vs. Pettisville

MC wins 2-0. Goals by Doster (header off of a corner kick) and Heurman (kick from just inside the 18)

New starting line-up as well I noticed watching. Forwards are now Wenzinger, Doster and Giblin. Rieman was moved back to midfield to work with Ellerbrock, Klear, and Heurman. Defense stayed the same with Brown, Schroeder, and J. Konst.

Any predictions on what will happen on friday in MC's league game against Continental?
