The Bluffton Beavers will be hosting the Heartland Conference Volleyball tourney this coming weekend - Nov 7 & 8. They are undefeated in the conference with one game left to play and have secured the #1 seed.
LOTS of talent from Northwest and North Central Ohio. Checkout the familiar names on their website: http://bluffton.edu/sports/volleyball/ Wapak, Wynford, Hopewell-Loudin, Findlay, Continental (my favorite former Pirate plays), Fremont -- A BUNCH you'll recognize!
Their final game of the season is against rival Defiance College on Tuesday evening. Should be a barn-burner!
If you want to see some quality action -- check it out!
And while you're at the University, take a moment to visit the memorial at the baseball facility -- a very moving tribute to their fallen student athletes.
GO BEAVERS!
