I know texas and oklahoma are fairly big rivals, i still think that osu um is the biggest rivalry, however, duke, unc is huge as well.

I don't see how Oklahoma vs. Nebraska used to decide the NC...the NC used to be considered the Rose Bowl between Big 10 Champs and Pac-10 Champs. This used to be considered the main NC...I don't understand how they used to decide the NC, although, i know there have been other NC's but i don't know where they always used to decide who went to the NC...All bowl games used to have conference ties, but now w/ the BCS (which needs to be majorly corrected) the 2 best teams usually play for the NC...

its nice to know arlington_2008, that all you can think about is what is happening in Ohio.

UM vs Ohio State isnt even that big of rivalry in Inidiana, i should know, i lived there. and i never even had heard of it till i moved to Ohio...

and ur comment about oklahoma vs nebraska is not needed, considering you dont know what ur talking about. it was a differant era.

sooners all the way

Jackel, should there be a chance you are literate(jk), check my earlier post, i believe i mentioned something about unc and duke, ah, yes i did mention something about that...sry that i don't swing your way down south jackel, i just don't care for the sooners, never have, you don't like the buckeyes, never have and you never will, we all of the teams we like and dislike...let's leave it at that

I am not trying to start trouble here, but my friend from college lives in Oklahoma and is a huge Sooners fan. And he he said to them Texas vs. Oklahoma is nothing compared to Oklahoma vs. Ok State. And even down there he said there are a lot of people that pay attention to the OSU vs. UM game.

Exactly tigerball, the UM and Ohio State game is huge not only here, but across the country. Oklahoma and Texas is pretty big, and so is Notre Dame and USC. But the UM and Ohio State game use to, and still does, have national sinfficants..(sp?)..
Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.
