What does everyone think about Vick now that he's been indicted?
I personally think he is guilty and I hope he is punished to the full extent of the law.

On most these folks in the NFL, I like to withhold judgment until something has happened legally. However, a federal indictment results in a conviction like 95+% of the time. Closer to 100%. If you are indicted in a federal court, start sucking up to the President and hope for a pardon. Vick better start his sucking up.

Vick pleaded not guilty today and a trial was set for November 26th.
From what I've seen and heard today things don't look good for him. I'll bet one of the other people involved takes a plea bargain and rolls over on Vick and everyone else involved.

I agree Vic, he ruined himself for good.....

Be careful guys.............I see Vick wants a jury trial.........he is also considered innocent until proven guilty......I am not a Vick fan at all, and think the guy is a thug..............

O.J. Simpson - State Court Trial...Michael Vick - Federal Court Trial...As stated earlier, you don't get a federal indictment unless you are pretty much screwed!!! State/local prosecutor's succumb to the public sometimes when going after someone because they are elected...federal prosecutor's are appointed, thus only needing to go after the people they know that they will beat in court.

you are correct flound, but at the federal level, I would think they wouldnt get this wrong...also I think with the OJ trial you could get your way out of it alot easier because you are trying extra hard to have people not know, obvisouly Vick didnt care because he took part in these, I would have thought to be the money man behind it, but keep my face hidden...

Reebok has now stopped all sales of Vick jerseys in stores and online, better find one wuick, could be worth some money some day.....

^^^Ya right, just like all that money I put down for an OSU #13 autograph shirt a few years back. I came close to burning it. I agree Vicks a thug. We were watching CNN last week and they kept showing a dog fight video that someone took on Vicks property..it was sicking, I made my husband turn it off after 15 min.

Now with all of Vick's co-defendants taking plea bargains I guess Vick is considering a plea bargain. Now to me if he takes a plea bargain this means that he is admitting being guilty. Now what I don't understand is that he has been saying that he is innocent ever since this all started, so why would an innocent person even consider taking a plea bargain.

Because it's ALL or something. They have enough on him to put him away for 6 years OR he could plea out and get a year and a half.
I'd take the year and half if there was any doubt in my mind that I could get convicted of the steeper sentence.
Pleaing out is the way to go for Vick.

Vick agreed to plead guilt. The hearing is August 28. The prosecutors are seeking 12-18 months.

Anybody else see the article in paper where Alanta Humane Society has been receiving M Vick jerseys from disgruntled fans. They are using them as cage liners and for doggy doo doo clean up...I love It!!!!
