Tonight there was a one hour program about this accident on CNN. It`s running again tomorrow (Sunday) sometime. If you can catch the segment I highly recommend it. Very informitive and had some interviews with some family members. I know one of the bus driver`s brothers and the brother of his wife as well. Good honest people that my heart goes out too.

I looked at my dish schedule and it says 8pm tonight. Hopefully that is right.

Fostoria High held its reverse raffle Saturday. When coach Brooks Lance learned earlier in the week that a fifth Bluffton player had died, he purchased a ticket in honor of the Beavers as a gift from his program. Saturday, the ticket wound up as one of the final two and Lance and the other winner decided to split the grand prize and runner-up prize money.

Just returned from southern Florida and passed thru Alanta yesterday. Very errie seeing all the flowers and such in the fencing at accident site. My heart and prayers go out to all the players and their families...

I am sure they'll have enough to play...although most will be those freshmen that didn't make the trip. However, I don't think that the ones who were hurt or killed would want the season to come to an end. They would probably have wanted the season to move on. Honestly, taking the field will be tough no matter when it happens again, this year or next year. It is best to try to get lives back to as normal as possible, and if that means playing some of the season, so be it. Wouldn't it just be a phenomenal story if Bluffton comes back to win their conferance this year after the tragedy that occurred? Would love to see it happen...

Ohioguy, the team was going to ask the family members of those killed if they wanted them to play or not...I dont know if they will have enough to fill out a team but like won said, it will probably be full of freshman this year....

Just for some info. No, Bluffton will NOT be playing with just Freshmen. A limited number of Freshmen were selected to make the Florida trip, and of those three unfortunately did not make the trip home. R.I.P. fellas. Even though BU does not have a senior on the roster, they have a large number of juniors and Sophs. They will be fielding a quality team. They, however, will be playing 2nd and 3rd options at a couple of positions.
