Any one training as of now, preparing ahead of time for the season?? If you are, can you share what your conditioning includes? Road work, weights etc.?

Also I'm curious as to are you participating in any other sport currently? Bball, wrestling or anything else?

When the weather cooperates, I like going to the stadium and running a few stadiums(up and down all the steps and down under the home bleachers). That's a great workout for leg strength and quickness. We do that workout for football a lot and I like doing it in the off-season to prepare for football and track. It's a good workout at any stadium. I highly suggest it. And dot drills are always good!
