Or when your trying to teach kids that commitment means something and a new coach comes in promising that he is here to stay and is in it for the long haul, then decides after 8 months he's done coaching but still wants to teach, should you not send the message to your kids that the Administration and BoE are here for you and defend them??
DEFEND THE KIDS. Show the kids that commitment means something and if they are expected to commit then so should the guy that you (administration and BoE) hired!
Answer me this... Tell me the #1 reason Nathan Westenbarger was hired in June? To coach or to teach ??
