Why would he tell your son now that he is leaving and have to deal with it in the hallways the rest of the school year. He may stay, but I highly doubt it. If I was in the family's position, I would not make that announcement until the summer. A lot less people and pressure to deal with. If they announce it now, he goes to school every day for the next month and has kids(and probably teachers) asking him not to go.
If X does leave LCC for LSH, he will not be able to play on his father's AAU team 2015. As that will be before his Sr year and will most likely get the most notices, would he really want to turn down traveling and playing AAU with dad over playing high school ball for dad? Would to want that for your son!

AAU is meant for skirting the rules....AAU does not stand for Amateur Athletic Union, it stands for Adults
Asking U for money!.....AAU is more corrupt than the IOC, Congress, and the SEC combined...

I see the same team sticking together, just with someone else as the coach (with Q very close in the background).

Brings up an interesting point....
Why is that the players who choose not to play for a coach at their school get a free pass while the kids who leave the school to play for someone else get skewered alive?

I fell like there are alot of things that play into why a player doesnt play one year and does another year. I was reffering to the players that we already know are going to play for LSH being the talent that is there. Rubin Flowers Rico Stafford Boy Boy (Liles) ect. There are also som names on that WHAT IF list that noone has mentioned yet but for the sake of staying in the present ill leave the names out of it. but there are a couple of kids that if they do come back will not have to sit out because they will be moving into the city from out of town.

The new rule implemented this past September is the coach can have contact with his/her players year around but is limited to the number of players they can work with at one time (i.e. 50% or so of a starting line-up, but it's different for each sport). Example, this means one coach and four kids in the gym, that's it. Other kids can't be watching or playing on a different court. A 2nd coach can't be coaching kids on another court right beside them at the same time, that's also illegal.
The coach can't coach his/her own HS players on a club/aau team at all.
A HS team, between June 1 and July 31, can use up to 10 coaching days where instruction or structured play is being done in a team/program setting. If you have more than your allotted "one on one" instructional amount of kids, it's a coaching day.
Obviously you can have as many open gyms as desired where kids simply come in to play, lift, work out, etc.

Just to add the Coach cant coach or do drills during the open gyms just simply watch but the coach may play with the students if he wants to.

What a joke!!!
Dont they know these kids are loyal to Quincy???
He basically raised them!!!
I was told Oconnors and some other families are happy they are leaving now "their" kids can play.
But Kill wants them to stay!!!
Bringing in Seggerson,Aaron Hutchins (who is going to listen to Hutchins BC what is he doing with himself now lol)
I wouldnt want them to leave if i were Kill but he can do nothing to stop it.
X,Tre,Walton are going to sit 11 games and play for Q.......
No matter who LCC brings in (even if MJ himself came LOL) or what they say
these kids are gone gone gone!!!!
They will be at LSH next year
