The AD was never in the race. It's down to 2, Each person on the committee voted for two, haven't heard the final outcome. My guess is from what I've heard. A McComb assistant, and one of Fell's assistants,, Osborn and a Hopewell assistant can't be counted out. At least things are moving.

Whats the word out of Rocket Land? Have they made a decision on a Coach? Was anyone able to get confirmation on the names who were selected to come back for a second interview? Things seem pretty tight lipped in Rocket Land.

I don't know anything about AD, but one has to wonder what kind of dynamic there's going to be between he and the new coach if he doesn't get the job.
the AD is a super guy I am sure he will get along with who ever gets the job.

Zoo daddy,
the PG administration would not accept my application....their thoughts and mine
differ tremendously on the troubles of our athletic programs at PG....

for 20 years I cared and wanted us to be a force in sports......they have sucked
the life out of the community and no one (unless your son or daughter is currently playing)
remotely cares how we fare......so sad, and I won't be a party to it any longer....

Heard Myers broke news to Mccomb players that he's headed to Pandora... (unsubstantiated rumor)

If it is true he took the PG job I wonder when the board will make it offical.

I wonder if he will be taking any assistants with him from McComb?

Tell us a little about him, is he a off. or def. guy, does he know the game well is he well liked by the players. Is he a teacher, what age, did he get along with the other coaches.

The OHSAA job site had an opening for a varsity football assistant at McComb posted today. I wonder if that answers any questions...

Brickman also left the McComb staff to go to Lakota to be closer to home. He lives over that way and was driving an hour to McComb to practice every day. That may be the opening posted now, with another to come when the Myers to P-G becomes official.

I was told that Myers was a defensive assistant at McComb.

Myers was an All State lineman in the mid 90's for McComb. He was the def. cordenator for McComb for the past several years and knows that side of the ball well. Don't know how well he knows of the other side of the ball. Biology teacher and around 30 years old.

Myers played in the early 2000s on some of the good McComb teams...and I believe Brickman had been the DC for McComb the last several years...last year was Myers first year as DC...Does this sound right Pantherbuff?
