There were other irregularities at the scores table that I'm not sure was about. Both coaches were not pleased at various times but Perry's obviously at the end.
Entertaining game, feel bad for Perry's kids. Arlington showed some poise down the stretch which ultimately got them the win. And Vermillion was his usual... solid.

1. Why in the world does Kenton get a sectional every year? Horrible facilities, split session b/c gym is so small and last but not least, the scorers table cannot even do their job which cost both teams at various times tonight
2. Credit Lima Perry - after losing a few kids they played hard, and man, they are quick
3. Lesson in life for a few fans/players - game isn't over when their is still 55 sec on the clock. A few LP players learned this the hard way; I will go back to the old saying "act like you have been there before"...Poling (good player) spent too much time talking to crowd & clapping his hands to the crowd late in the game...lesson learned.
4. Credit to Arlington's guards - tough to withstand that pressure all night and still find a way to get it done when our interior play wasn't up to snuff.
5. A great overall game - great atmosphere.

While all true, you can't just ignore the basket at the end. Perry should have won the game, everyone in the gym knew it except for that official. There is no excuse to blow that call in a TOURNAMENT game.

I know Bath used to host tournament games with similar teams. They must have let it go? Not that Bath is much of a step up from Kenton, facility- wise. But it is better.
