Wow. Lincolnview was up 10 with like 2:50 to go in regulation.
Taking nothing away from Ottoville but was Lincolnview a little fatigued? Didn't they have a makeup game with Wayne Trace on Thursday night that went down to the wire and then a close, down to the wire win over Spencerville on Friday? I remember myself and a couple other people mention it a few weeks ago with all the makeup games there might be a few teams worn out when the tournament comes around. Might have figured into the result of this game tonight. Ottoville-DSJ on Friday night with the winner possibly facing Kalida in district semis with a chance to hand The King his final defeat if he finally decides to hang it up after this year. Do you think Ottoville fans would enjoy that? :-) Then again if that would happen I would think he would have his will include that if he would happen to pass away before next season his corpse must be wheeled out for Kalida's first few regular season games until they lost, as long as it was to anybody but Ottoville then that would be his official last game as coach :-)

They may have been fatigued, but Lincolnviews shot selection was rushed and poor, one of the big reasons Ottoville came back

I would call that destiny. If all that were to happen, I would say the basketball gods has something to do with that.

Lview did not look fatigued but Williams hurt his hand/wrist at the end of the third and was holding it most of the 4th quarter and even had it taped for awhile. he didn't take any shots until under a min left he had two free throws and missed both. that injury changed the way Lview was playing. that along with all the missed free throws let Oville back in the game.
