I think there are a few teams in the state that have more talented players than LCC (see Cleveland VASJ)

LCC has a really good team but they have to do 2 things to successful--Pressure the ball everywhere and get into transtition. Convoy did a great job in the 2nd half slowing LCC's transition. But until LCC players committ to playing defense for complete possesions and not just 5 seconds they are not going to be a great team. They have to play harder on defense and have better composure when things are not going their way. Their 2 weaknesses are shooting and post D/O. You take Simpson and Kimbrough off the court last night I dont know if LCC could of scored 20. I know these 7 are better then that but last night these 2 got no support.
They couldnt match up with Helm last night and he took advantage of this. If you want to beat Convoy you have to stop Helm. Easier said then done. Etzler kid played his best game I have seen. He was under control, made his teammates better, ran the offense, was a leader on the floor and played great defense. When he does this they are about impossible to beat. When he is their 1st/2nd option on offense then you can beat them.
Do they have the talent to get to state?? yes but to read what you guys are writing Kill should only have to roll the ball out and stay out of the way and they have a trip to Columbus. They are good but they cant just show up and expect to go to state.

Crestview looked good. Congrats to the Knights on a great victory over LCC.
Crestview, when playing to their potential, has a good shot at a state final four. LCC is good and will be just fine. No worries for them.
Crestview has to remain focused tonight and beat a good Arlington team. they could let the emotion of this win bring them down tonight.

LCC has found the talent, but forgot the second piece of the puzzle in order to have a championship team.
Way too much yelling at the refs. for him to be a successful coach. Borderline embarrassing!!

If you were there, did you look at the other side of the scorers table? How did you not see Crestviews coach chewing them out as well?! Those ref's were terrible on both sides. Kill is no saint, I will give you that, but both coaches were yelling and screaming. Those ref's were borderline horrific at best.
