Marion Local may ouster Glouster in record fashion. Remember Flyer backups got alot of experience with all the injuries they had this year. So even if they get a big lead and put in the subs their subs are experienced, probably a lot of them as good or better than Trimble starters. And with a 7th title Marion Local.would pass DSJ, Versailles and St. Henry who's have 6 each. Think they would love to take St. John's record for biggest margin of victory in a state championship game, even though they may get some criticism if people think the running up the score. funny how you don't hear people complaining about some of the public schools running up the scores. Saw a game earlier this year were some public school won 98-20 or something like that. And Wayne Trace has had a few wins where their starting quarterback is still in the game when they've been up by 40 or more points late in the game. Frank only thing keeping Marion Local from scoring 50 points or more in this game would be injuries or a couple of turnovers. Know Trimble has have 8 shutouts this season but surely haven't faced any offense close to Marion Local's caliber.

The school that scored 98 was Bishop Ready...They are private.

At any rate, I don't really see the point.

I think.Washington Court House also had a game where they scored more than 90 points this year. Point is a lot of people make a fuss when a private school blows out a public school or if private schools win a certain number of championships. Should we add a multiplier to teams from Mercer County since they win an inordinate amount of state titles? They need to stop voting on these proposals every year. Maybe once every 5 years should be the limit.

It was actually Washington Court House who was beaten by Ready by a score of 98-20

Most of you don't care but we had a game (FB Playoff), Friday night, final score: 86-56, like a BB game. Have a great week. BB is coming on.

We implore the OHSAA to re-bracket after next week....they cannot allow the Div VII state finals have the "mercy rule" in effect starting in the 2nd Qtr......a Marion Local vs. Shadyside final could put the DSJ/Shadyside state final game 4-5 years ago to shame......by moving the games to Ohio Stadium the fans deserve better.......OHSAA, do not allow this to happen....Puhleeeeease

They currently have it bracketed for region 23 and 24 to meet in state semis and region 25 and 26 to meet. I like that idea.

It's been that way in the past. Never happens.
